That's right. What you get is a text-scanned version of the historical original. Now, you might expect that at least this new version would be more easily readable or set in an appealing layout. However, this is not the case. On the contrary, the text is crammed in three columns per page with no paragraph breaks or formatting whatsoever. Even the "index" of about two columns at the end is not separated in any way:
